Almond pasta with tomato sauce and cheese

Ingredients: 100 g almonds, olive oil, 250 g pasta, 4 tbsp tomato paste, 3 garlic cloves, oregano

Crush the almonds with a rolling pin. They do not have to be completely crushed.


Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the almonds and roast for 2 -5 min.


Boil the pasta as instructed on the pack. Remove them from the water and let them dry.


Add the pasta to the almond pan. Fry for 5 -10 min, until all covered with almonds and start to get golden.



In another pan, fry the garlic cloves, add the tomato paste and a little bit of water. Add the oregano. Cook for 10 min.
Serve the almonds with a bit of the sauce on top and some cheese.
