Pizza with cheese stuffed crust and baked egg

Ingredients: 300 g flour, 2 eggs, 50 ml skimmed milk, salt, 10 ml olive oil, 250 g grated cheese. For the topping: tomato sauce, ham, cheese, egg.

Preheat the oven at 180° C.
Mix the flour with the salt and milk.


Add the eggs.


Knead into a dough.


Split the dough in 3 parts. Roll each part into a circle.


Put the cheese in the edges and start folding towards the interior.



Put some tomato paste and rub it all around the base. Add the toppings you want.


 Before baking it into the oven, crack an egg on top.


Bake for 20 min, or until the egg is cooked.
