Shanghai chicken

Ingredients: 2 chicken breast, 1 egg, 20 ml milk, flour, salt, dried chilli.

Pour oil into a deep pan and bring it to heat. It needs to be really hot when you add the chicken.
Prepare the batter: egg, milk, flour, salt and dried chilli. Mix everything well. The consistency should be as double cream.


Cut the chicken breasts into strips.


Roll the chicken in the batter. add them in the heated oil.


Cook until brown and crispy. Do not forget the take them out on paper towels to remove the extra oil.
