Gluten free chocolate brownie

Ingredients: 85 g dark chocolate, 85 g plain flour, 25 g cocoa powder, half tsp baking soda, 100 g caster sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 100 ml skimmed milk, 1 egg. 

Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Melt the chocolate on a low heat.


Grease a cake tin with oil.
Mix the cocoa with the flour and baking soda.


Mix the melted chocolate with the egg, sugar, milk and vanilla essence.


Add the mix into the flour and gently fold with a spatula.



Put the mixture into the cake tin.


Bake for 20 min.
