Gluten free chocolate muffins

Ingredients: 100 g dark chocolate, 1 egg, 100 g gluten free flour, 50 ml condensed milk, 150 ml yoghurt, 2 tsp baking powder, white chocolate chips to present.

Melt the chocolate.


Put the flour, baking powder and egg in a bowl.


Add the melted chocolate.


Pour in the condensed milk.


Start adding the yoghurt.


The mixture should look like this:


Preheat the oven at 160° C.
Oil a muffin tray. Pour the mixture into the moulds.


Sprinkle some white chocolate chips on top.


Bake in the oven for 15 - 18 min.
