Super cheat lunch with cauliflower and broccoli

This is what happens when you want to have a lazy evening, but you want to prepare some lunch for the next day.

Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 1 broccoli, 2 tbsp mascarpone, 1 tsp Dijon mustard,  juice from half a lemon, salt, oil.

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli. Boil a pan of 2 l of water. Add the vegetables when the water is boiling and cook for 5 min.


Put the mascarpone in a bowl.


Add the mustard and lemon juice.


Mix well until combined.


Drain the vegetables. Add salt and oil. Serve with the dressing on top.
