Peppers stuffed with cheese

Ingredients: 10 peppers - make sure you get small ones that can be stuffed, 100 g cheddar - grated, 2 tbsp ricotta, salt, pepper, thyme.

Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
Cut the top of the peppers and remove the interior. Bare in mind you are going to use the tops as a lid.


Mix the cheese with the ricotta. Add the thyme. Season.


Stuff the peppers and put them in an oven dish.


Add some water to cover the peppers to half.
Bake for 25 -30 min, until the peppers are soft.
