Chilli con carne and cauliflower and broccoli "couscous"

Ingredients: 1 onion - chopped, 4 garlic cloves - chopped, 400 g minced meat - I used no fat beef, dried chilli, thyme, 1 can chickpeas, 1 can chopped tomatoes, 1 cauliflower, 1 broccoli, salt, pepper, oil.

Chop the onion and garlic.


Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add the garlic and onion when the oil is hot. Cook until softened.


Add the meat.



Cook until the meat is browned.


Add the chickpeas.


Add the tomatoes.


Cook for 15 min. Season. Add the chilli and thyme.


Cut the cauliflower and broccoli really finely.


Put in a bowl and pour boiling water on top. Leave for 5 -7 min.


Drain the water and season.
Serve the meat with the vegetables.
