Baba ganoush

Ingredients: 4 aubergines, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, salt, pepper.

Grill the aubergines on a garden grill or on the gas directly, turning them on all sides, until soften.




When they are ready, put them on a bowl and cover them for 10 min. This will help you peel them off easily.



Start peeling them, clean your hand in cold water from time to time.


Take the stalk off and chop the aubergines with a knife.


Chop the onion really finely. Crush the garlic.



Mix the aubergines, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil.


Mix them for 5 min.



Taste for salt.
Serve with fresh bread.
