Chicken and fries wrap

Or, how we call it at home: Saorma :). This is for my friends back home.

Ingredients: 8 home made tortillas - see Bread recipes, 6 chicken thighs,  ketchup, 4 garlic cloves, 150 ml yoghurt, salt.

Grill the chicken thighs.


Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Heat up some oil. Add the potatoes when the oil is really hot.


Remove them when they look like this:


Crush the garlic.


Add the yoghurt and salt. Mix well.


Start cooking the tortillas.



When everything is cooked, slice the chicken. Then you can start assembling your wrap: sauces first.


Chicken and fries next.


You can add chilli or pickles.
