Chickpeas baked pilaf

Ingredients: 1 onion - chopped, 1 can chickpeas, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 200 g rice, salt, pepper, fresh salad to serve.

Preheat the oven at 180° C.
Chop the onion.


Fry the onion in a pan then add the chickpeas. Cook for a few min.


Add the rice and tomato paste.



Pour water enough to cover everything and bake in the oven for 40 min.


Serve with a nice fresh salad.
