Home-made onion rings

Ingredients: 2 onions, 1 egg, 20 ml milk flour, salt, pepper.

Heat the oil in a pan.
Cut the onions into slices.


Mix the egg and milk. Add flour until you have the consistency of double cream.


When the oil is very hot, start separating the onion rings. Roll them in the batter and add to the pan.



Turn them after a few min, and cook until golden all around.
Remove them from the pan and set aside on paper towels to absorb the excess of oil.
