Gluten free bread

Ingredients: 500 ml warm water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp quick gluten free yeast, 500 g gluten free flour, 2 tsp xanthan gum, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil.

Mix the warm water, sugar and yeast. Leave to rest for 15 min.


It will start to bubble.


Add the flour, xanthan and salt. Fold in the oil.


Mix everything into a dough. Do not worry: the consistency will be of a mashed potatoes.
Oil a bread tin.
Add the dough and smooth the top.


Cover and let it rest in a warm spot for at least an hour.
This is how it will look like.


Preheat the oven an 180° C.
Bake for 30 min.
