Baked chicken pilaf

Ingredients: 400 g chicken wings, 1 leak, 250 g rice, salt, pepper. 

Preheat the oven at 160° C.
Cut the chicken wings in half. 


Chop the leak.


Heat some oil. Cook the chicken wings until they are golden.


Remove the chicken wings and put them in an oven proof dish.
In the same pan, using the oil from the chicken, put the leak and the rice.


Fry for a few min.


Add some water.


Pour the rice mix on top of the chicken wings. Mix everything. Add enough water to cover everything.


Cover and cook in the oven for 40 min.


Serve with a fresh salad.
